Volpe Enterprises is a full service/design build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add a skilled Exterior Installation Manager to join our team in North Wales PA.

Exterior Installation Manager Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee co-occurring exterior construction projects, simultaneously, to ensure proper installation and safe practices
Ensures regulatory compliance on all caseload projects
Diagnose warranty issues for exterior construction projects and develop project solution plans for clients, sales teams, and construction crews
Collaborate with Production Managers to organize crew schedules and confirm equipment and material supplies necessary to complete projects on time
Maintain effective, consistent communication with homeowners during all phases of construction projects to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability tools
Manage all addendums, vendor and trade partners collaboration, and construction material orders
Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training sessions
Exterior Installation Manager Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to problem solve and ensure effective onsite solutions
Willingness to provide ongoing training to crew members
Must present with a working knowledge of all aspects of residential construction
Exemplary Leadership and customer relations skills
Exterior Installation Manager Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building
Employment is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 80 pounds, independently
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
