Position Overview We are seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our Exterior Division. This role focuses on both insurance restoration and retail sales, giving you multiple revenue streams and year-round earning potential. You’ll inspect properties, meet with homeowners, manage projects, and close deals—while leveraging company-provided leads and your own prospecting efforts.

Responsibilities
Conduct exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows, and decks)
Generate and close both insurance and retail sales
Work with homeowners on storm damage claims and upgrades
Manage jobs from inspection through project completion
Build referral networks (realtors, property managers, etc.)
Follow up on company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
