We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the role of Outside Life Insurance Sales Representative. If candidates are licensed in Property and Casualty, they can sell those lines as well once trained. This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours, allowing you to work on your own schedule, remotely. The candidate must live in Nebraska. Paid onboarding will occur in the office in Kearney, Nebraska. Once onboarded and trained, the position will be fully remote with open communication availability expected. Adhering to Agency and American family guidelines is required.
Compensation:
Compensation is entirely commission-based with no base salary.
Unlimited earning potential through commissions.
Please note that there are no benefits associated with this position.
Qualifications: -Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Licensing: A valid Life Insurance License is mandatory before onboarding. Property and casualty may be obtained after hiring.

This position allows for remote work, with in-person onboarding provided at no cost to the employee.
