Essential Physical and Mental Functions:

-Must be able to work a 2-way radio

-Must be able to handle stressful situations

-Read, understand, and clarify, write and speak English, constantly use speech and hearing (Bilingual is a plus)

-Constant mental alertness and attention to detail are required while setting priorities and following up on assignments

-Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally and effectively; must be able to use initiative and independent judgement within established guidelines

-Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.

-Must be proficient with technology, such as computers and using phone apps.
