In this role, you will : 

-  Provide customers with friendly, fast, and efficient service with a strong focus on delivering an amazing customer experience!

• Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products, and services, and explaining how the unique store concept works. Resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. 
• Provide information to customers on store promotions and incentives. 
• Operate cash register, provide customers with friendly and efficient checkout service. 
• Responsible for cash handling procedures 
• Stage merchandise on the sales floor, frequently keep bins clean and re-stock product. 
• Assists in receiving and stocking procedures, assist with unloading trucks and merchandise.  -  Perform store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathroom, and maintaining stock room.

Qualifications: 

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
• Basic mathematical skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure 
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers 
• Ability to multi-task and work independently 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Other Requirements: 

• Frequently walking and standing 
• Frequently operate cash register
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
• Frequently position self to kneel, bend, stoop including the stock room and on the sales floor. 
• Frequently move across the sales floor to assist customers as well to and from the stock room to retrieve and put away merchandise.
