WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AT EYCROWD

• Contact provided leads via telephone, zoom, or in-person to demonstrate products, answer questions about use, availability, and pricing, and show them how the product can meet their needs or solve a problem for them
• Follow an outlined script and advertise our products via phone to interested consumers
• Utilize designated resources to contact customers and gauge their interest in obtaining products or services offered by the company, analyze each individual and make product recommendations based on a need or problem to be solved
• Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction, and initiate retention
• Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies, and other business-related topics

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO EYCROWD

• An exceptional, JOYFUL attitude (yes, it’s super important)
• Capable of working in a demanding, goal-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• A track record of success in a similar role at a results-driven business
• Proven experience as an outside sales representative, also preferred
