    The Opportunity: Frame-ist PRO, aka "Inside Sales Rep"

    Do you love building relationships? At eyebobs, we are defined by incredible personalities and relationships. In this role you will be leading the charge in building, growing and elevating our customers — whether direct, retail or wholesale — on a daily basis through a variety of sales and service tactics, and tools that help our customers know we care about every purchase! We want to bring a new level of premium service to our business. And in this capacity, you will have to engage, solve problems and lead initiatives that grow sales, increase our customer touchpoints and drive the feedback from the customer into the brand. We are breaking all the rules in eyewear and having fun doing it! Sounds challenging, of course. But if you say BRING IT ON, you might just be the right fit!

    Position Summary

    The Frame-ist PRO will drive sales through actions. Goals and metrics will be set collaboratively since the Frame-ist PRO will work closely with teammates and supervisors to create, test, coordinate and execute sales generation, revenue recovery, and customer engagement strategies. The Frame-ist PRO will act as a subject matter expert, trainer, coach, and mentor for the brand on all these strategies.

    The Frame-ist PRO will be the voice of eyebobs, providing outstanding service to our customers via phone, chat, and email. The PRO will work closely with teammates, supervisors, and colleagues throughout the company to improve processes and solve problems, and to ensure we are living our Core Values.

    Detailed Responsibilities

    Day-to-day work: Calls to emails, chat to messaging, every day is a new challenge. Frame-ists pick up the phone and actively work with contacts to drive results and solve problems. Liken it to how a day trader on Wall Street works: If you like to chase opportunities to stand out, this is your role!

    Report on actions, activities, challenges, and results – a strong focus on sales.

    Handle all sales and service tasks to support their activities.

    Work to build and support our wholesale partners and sales reps to drive added revenue and restocking.

    Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about eyebobs products and services.

    Develop your book of business: Maintain and grow your key contacts and key accounts through strategic planning and sales growth.

    Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

    Inspire the people around you through actions and ideas!

    Experience and Qualifications:

    Outgoing and driven personality.

    Self-starter with a proven track record of building brands through actions.

    Outstanding interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic approach to interactions with customers and colleagues.

    High integrity, self-motivated and service oriented, with a willingness to live by our Core Values.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with a diverse group of customers in a warm and friendly yet professional and polished manner.

    Strong keyboarding, computer navigation, and phone-handling skills. Experience with MS Windows and Office preferred.

    Able to address customers in a calm, attentive and productive manner. Comfort level with handling escalated contacts and willingness to use de-escalation skills in customer interactions.

    Ability to understand and resolve complex problems, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

    Full-time position.

    The position will usually involve working regular business hours, but the flexibility to work when customers are available — including occasional weekend work — may be required.
