The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting eyebobs direct-to-consumer website, amazon and marketing team. This individual is responsible for helping bring the eyebobs brand to life through executing initiatives and updates on eyebobs.com, emails, ads, social and with the goal of helping the team achieve growing sales targets. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Direct-To-Consumer & Marketing teams in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Responsible for .com + Amazon merchandise execution – ownership of site management assets ensuring correct sizing, specs and outlined calendar updates
Collaborate with team on revenue driving activities & tests – field requests and PM with marketing team & other internal partners such as product & customer experience
Play an integral role in planning, executing and analyzing promotional strategy
Responsible for catalog management & product set up across multiple channels (Shopify & Amazon)
Help ideate and build landing pages on Shopify to engage site traffic and improve conversion
Collaborate with team to drive search relevancy across site
Manage key weekly reports including product assortment updates, site audit updates, scorecard, new customer acquisition reporting & more.
Email + SMS
Responsible for properly building daily email campaigns & triggered flow emails + routing through appropriate channels and scheduling to consumers through Klavyio
Drive revenue by strategically targeting customer segments, that you create, through targeted emails
Support team on SMS execution, analysis and growing further growing the channel
Own the weekly email scorecard, providing analysis of prior week performance & opportunities
Further supporting the broader contact strategy, through new customer and existing customer engagement
Marketing
Partner with the marketing team to ensure appropriate images are loaded onto cloud & server
Support influencer relationships with codes / PR support
Support with product management around photoshoots
This position will require limited support on evenings, weekends and holidays through promotional periods. Qualifications
BSB/BA in business, marketing, advertising, computer sciences, or a similar degree
2+ year experience, ideally in sales, marketing or ecommerce
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Loves to handle multiple projects at once, with the ability to quickly swap between priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity to learn and a passion to problem solve and work through challenges amongst many platforms
Ability to work amongst a team but independently as well; being a self-starter is a must!
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Slack, Shopify, Google Analytics, and experience with Email Marketing preferred
