What You’ll Do:

Deliver a wide range of services, including Individual, Hybrid, Volume Eyelash extensions and Eyelash Lift

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Provide aftercare advice and follow-up consultations to ensure client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Assist in promoting our services and products to enhance client experience.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license in Virginia.

Proven experience in eyelash extension application preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for beauty and a commitment to continuous learning.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols in a spa environment.
