The Opportunity Want to work where fashion meets function every day? We’re looking for a stylish, high-energy Eyewear Consultant who can deliver honest aesthetic advice, hit sales goals, and make every patient feel amazing.

What You’ll Do

Ask smart lifestyle questions and turn prescriptions into perfect recommendations

Style patients in premium and designer frames

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining an Elevated Patient Experience

Assist with frame adjustments, measurements, and troubleshooting

Learn constantly and take on new responsibilities as we grow

We’re Looking For

1–3+ years optical sales or luxury retail experience

Virginia Optician license is a huge plus not required

Natural salesperson who is compassionate and confident

Fashion-forward with a great eye for what looks good

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing practice
