If you're looking to join an exciting, fast-paced team, then the Onboarding Specialist position is a great fit for you!  Our Onboarding team helps streamline the process of getting started on Ezoic's platform by walking them through the setup and ensuring a great experience.   

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Working directly with the Sales Team during the sales process to onboard new publishers on the platform
• Walking publishers through the onboarding process
• Troubleshooting and solving issues related to onboarding and set up
• Educating publishers on Ezoic's technology and how it fits their needs & goals
• Fielding & answering any questions related to the setup from publishers using our internal ticketing system
• Working to constantly improve the efficiency of onboarding clients
• Contributing to Ezoic's ongoing development in various functions including product development, marketing, operations, support, partnerships and more

• Obvious passion for customer-facing roles
