At Ezoic, we build a platform to help online publishers (i.e. Internet websites) improve their monetization and ensure a fantastic user experience. Our all-in-one digital publishing platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools that automate many of the technical aspects of running a successful website so publishers can focus on connecting with their audience and writing great content.
We are looking for an internal Junior Technical Recruiter to continue the rapid growth of our engineering team as we continue Ezoic's expansion. As part of the Talent Acquisition circle and working with our Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate with the leads of the other engineering circles to understand their goals and unique hiring needs. You will find intelligent, diverse candidates from multiple sources and contribute to the overall hiring and onboarding process. We do not work with external agencies, so you will be sourcing from other services like Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, etc.
We will also look to you for improvements to any parts of our current process, in order to speed up our growth rate. We almost met our goal of hiring 50 engineers in 2021, and have a higher goal for 2022. We have a high bar for our engineering talent, so we are looking for someone who is up for that challenge. The person in this position will have a direct impact on the success and growth of our company.
