OUR MISSION

Ezra's mission is to enable early cancer detection for everyone by using Artificial Intelligence and the most advanced medical imaging technology available.

We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer health membership. Our members visit a partner imaging center to get a full-body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report from an Ezra Medical Provider within 7 days. 

Our reports are generated by radiologists to quickly and accurately screen for potential abnormalities anywhere in the body.  We're also building AI technology designed to assist radiologists in their analysis of MR images - as well as increase their productivity (AI technology is under FDA review).

YOUR MISSION

You will lead our medical providers team, and work closely with the Ezra CEO and leadership team to establish our clinical processes. You will also work with our R&D team to establish our product & AI roadmap, and you will represent Ezra as a speaker at conferences, and in media interviews. You will report to the Ezra co-founder and CEO.

AS THE EZRA CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER, YOU WILL:

• Ensure that our members receive the highest standard of medical care
• Balance the duties of a physician with those of an administrator
• Monitor and optimize clinical performance 
• Train, motivate, and oversee all Ezra medical providers
• Report on our clinical key performance indicators (KPIs) to the CEO and our Board of Directors
• Ensure all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met
• Keep internal staff updated on new healthcare regulations
• Assist R&D teams in building our product and AIs 
• Create benchmarks for KPIs to measure the efficiency and quality of our medical team
• Manage the company's relationship with the Ezra Scientific Advisory Board

WHO YOU ARE

You are a board-certified radiologist who cares deeply about helping people detect cancer early. You're patient-centric, have a can-do attitude, and enjoy making people feel safe and special. You're compassionate, friendly, personable, and a joy to be around.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Medical degree from accredited radiologic program
• Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) would be a plus
• Experience in conducting clinical research
• Valid medical license
• 10+ years clinical experience in body and / or neuro MRI / CT
• 4+ years experience in a management role
• Clinical risk management experience
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary groups.
• Excellent clinical skills
• Detail-oriented
• Resourceful
