    Join EzyRes LLC, a dynamic and innovative real estate organization specializing in property acquisition and disposition. We're on the lookout for a proactive team member to handle buyer engagement, set up walkthrough appointments, negotiate and close deals, and serve as an integrator. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing training and onboarding processes, increasing sales revenue by 5-10% MOM, recruiting to expand the disposition team, improving processes and systems for efficiency and personalization, and nurturing VIP relationships. Responsibilities: Buyer Engagement/VIP Relationship Nurturing: • Call and engage potential buyers to create interest and effectively communicate property details to generate walkthrough appointments. • Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure personalized and top-notch service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Appointment Setting: • Schedule and coordinate walkthrough appointments with interested buyers. • Utilize tools like GHL, Trello and Discord for efficient appointment management. Deal Negotiation and Closure: • Work towards increasing sales revenue by 5-10% MOM through effective negotiation and deal closure strategies. • Negotiate terms with potential buyers and ensure all necessary documentation is complete for successful deal closures. • Come up with solutions for any potential issues in deals that may impact the closing process. Integrator Role and Process Improvement: • Learn and master tools such as GHL, Trello for note-taking, and Discord for communication. • Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems. • Implement changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and personalization in the disposition workflow. Fast Learner and Adapter: • Quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes. • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on market trends. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Dispositions Manager, with a focus on real estate or sales, is a plus! • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient in using tools like GHL, Trello, and Discord. • Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Available 8am-5pm EST. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
