We have an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience working in a very fast paced office environment with many of moving parts. This person would need to portray excellent organizational skills and the ability to stay focused on projects at hand. Job responsibilities will include creating and maintaining sales and inventory reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, answering retailer calls, processing orders from retailers and salesmen, tracking monthly inventory, supporting the sales department and assisting in monthly price reporting. We are looking for someone who is technologically savvy (from electronic devices to MS Office) and someone who is flexible and can assist all levels from supporting our drivers to upper management.
