    Our Mission: The Mission of Huntington Family Dental is to improve the quality of life for the community by providing affordable and comprehensive dental care and education in a welcoming and environment.

    Responsibilities: The Dentist will play a key role in providing quality comprehensive and appropriate dental care and treatment to patients that include all phases of dentistry. We are looking for someone who is interested in autonomy, growing the business and getting in to ownership!

    • Provide routine and emergency dental services, including diagnosis, intra and extra oral examinations, assessments, general restorative procedures, crown and bridge, removable prosthetics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery.
    • Refers patients to specialists when appropriate
    • Educates patients and their families regarding preventive dental care, the causes and treatment of dental problems, or oral health care services
    • Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of dental support staff as required
    • Formulates and delivers comprehensive treatment plans
    • Provide leadership and direction to office team as the main dentist and leader in the practice

    Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $350,000 (guaranteed daily minimum will be considered).

    Career development: Dentists will have the opportunity to work in management, HR, the owners and other areas of the company. Our Associate will grow with the company and has the potential to become part owner. Again, this is not just talk, we will write this into your contract with us!

    Mentorship opportunities: Work alongside Dr. Boseman to learn high production procedures (implants, cosmetics, full mouth restorations, 3d design and printing) as you develop your own approach and methods to these difficult cases.

    Learn and help implement emerging technology into our practice- specifically digital dentistry including digital impressions, 3d printing, and CAD/CAM restorations and removable prosthetics

    Requirements:

    • Graduation from an American Dental Association (ADA) approved dental school with DDS or DMD degree
    • Preferred 2 years' experience in a community clinic setting or private practice
    • New graduates will be considered, but preference will be given based on experience
    • Active Texas Dental License in Good Standing or willing to acquire a Texas dental license
    • DMD or DDS Degree
    • Current CPR, DEA, and NPI
    • Current and valid DEA License
    • Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
