Job Description
We're a family owned & operated auto body shop looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to help with various office-oriented tasks. While this is an entry level position, we're looking to train and nurture a candidate to eventually take on a manager position. Therefore, while industry experience is not required, interest in the field and a desire for long-term growth within our company is a MUST.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Organizing paperwork such as workfiles, invoices and estimates
- Greet and assist customers for vehicle drop-off & pick-up
- Taking and making phone calls to customers and insurance company personnel
- Following up with insurance companies for claim status
- Scheduling and assisting with customer IID appointments
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Korean speaking
- Great customer service skills
- Great call handling skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as computers, printers, fax machines, etc.
- Moderate proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Valid driver license
- Industry experience (not required, but preferred)
