Our Virtual Sales Experts will report directly to the Virtual Sales Director for guidance, training and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive inbound inquiries via F45 business platforms

Conduct outbound calls to leads via F45 business platforms

Maintain regular follow up with prospective clients

Achieve daily and monthly contact and sales goals

Administrative proficiency with strong attention to detail

Complete company guidelines of tracking and contacting every lead/prospect

Attend virtual trainings and meetings with National Presales Director, as applicable

Stay informed about competing products and services

Uphold company standards of communication and ethics

Job Qualifications:

Access to an operational smart phone with wifi connection, required

Access to a PC, required

Previous fitness sales experience, required

Ability to work afternoons and weekends with flexibility, required

Google Drive proficiency, required

MindBodyOnline proficiency, strongly preferred

Health and fitness minded, strongly preferred

Sales and goals driven with previous sales experience, strongly preferred

Previous customer service experience, strongly preferred

Previous athletic, sports or team environment experience, preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to listening and conversational skills

Ability to be highly functional and organized in a high-volume environment

Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment

Coachable

Reliable individual with a high drive for success and matched work ethic

Preliminary Operations:

Successfully complete the onboarding process and education prior to accepting and conducting calls, compensated

VPE Pay Structure: Pay is per contact. Each contact is padded to account for tracking and administrative requirements surrounding each call. Calls between 10-75 seconds are at $0.50/call, 76-120 seconds are at $2.00/call, and 121+ seconds are $2.50/call. There is a minimum guarantee of $10 per 15 calls should the pay per contact rate be lesser than $10 per 15 calls. Commissions: Commissions are available in addition to contact pay. Commissions are tiered based on type of sale. Unlimited memberships are $10, 12/Month memberships are $7, 8/Month memberships are $5 and Lionheart are $3.

Potential Income: Our pay plan has been carefully developed to create a highly flexible working environment that encourages meaningful contacts in order to generate maximal sales (and commissions!) Our franchise network will have up to 20, 12-week presales occurring simultaneously with a goal of 330+ members per location at grand opening.
