    We are currently looking for a high-energy and detail-oriented Membership Sales Manager to join our F45 Training team in North Beach, San Francisco.

    The F45 Training Membership Sales Manager plays a vital role within the team. You will be responsible for coaching classes, signing up clients to memberships, managing social media, implementing community events and effectively delivering the trademark F45 Experience to the membership and community. You will also be required to work closely with the Head Trainer to help mentor any new coaches that join our team.

    The candidate must have the ability and desire to nurture and grow a thriving F45 Training culture!

    Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will be required to:

    Coach F45 sessions to the highest standard ensuring that all members are:

    getting personalized attention during every class,

    performing exercises safely and correctly, and

    encouraged and motivated in a vibrant F45 atmosphere.

    Introduce classes and demonstrate all scheduled exercises with appropriate modifications as needed.

    Build the F45 community by developing rapport with clients, introducing new members to old members, in-class challenges and encouraging referrals.

    Track weekly membership and sales data and present data at weekly sales meeting.

    Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio processes are adhered to, including member check-in, CRM management, telephone inquiries, email inquiries, payment handling, delinquent account procedures and customer care calls.

    Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google Business and Yelp.

    Implement a monthly client referral program, every other month.

    Adhere to a studio cleaning schedule to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met and maintained.

    Update and maintain studio inventory of consumables to ensure adequate supply of stock.

    Assist the Head Trainer in facilitating F45 Challenge's including information night, body scans, client check-ins and any other challenge events.

    Coordinate community outreach events to create corporate partnerships and organic lead generation.

    Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses.

    Perform other tasks related to the effective management and development of the studio that may be prescribed from time to time by ownership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels

    Build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businesses

    Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members

    Work collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio, ensuring smooth and cohesive operations

    Strategize on methods to increase daily lead flow

    Manage entire sales process

    Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

    Drive client referral program

    Attend all sales and training meetings

    Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met and maintained.

    Qualifications:

    1-year personal training or group fitness experience, essential

    1-year previous sales experience, preferred

    Excellent customer service skills

    Motivated and passionate about health and fitness

    Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone

    Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
