Studio Flex45 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team. Our studio is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through a variety of fitness classes, including yoga. We are looking for a qualified candidate who can lead students through a safe and effective yoga practice, while inspiring them to improve their physical and mental well-being.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead yoga classes for all levels of students, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Create class sequences that are challenging, yet accessible and safe for all students.
Provide modifications and adjustments to students as needed to ensure proper alignment and prevent injury.
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the studio, and ensure that students feel comfortable and supported.
Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
Qualifications:
200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from a recognized program.
2+ years of teaching experience in a studio setting.
Strong knowledge of yoga postures, sequencing, and alignment principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
