Our F45 family is looking to hire a talented and highly motivated full time Controller. You will play a critical role as the company continues its rapid growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, participatory manager who will lead and continue to build out the Finance and Accounting Team. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Netsuite, a successful track record in setting and hitting priorities; as well as excellent analytic, organization skills, and a love for fitness!

Key Responsibilities:

Properly manage bookkeeping

Accounts payable management and receivable oversight

Tax filing preparation

Expense efficiency management

Payroll management

Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to both clients and internal staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience REQUIRED

2+ years of experience REQUIRED

Must reside in either Denver or Phoenix

Must be able to oversee 15+ locations

Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner and Head of Operations

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, G-Suite, MindBody Online, quickbooks and other platforms
