    Overview:

    We are searching for a Head Coach (HC) with over two years of management experience for our Kingsgate (Kirkland) facility at F45 Kingsgate. The position of Head Coach (HC) is the studio’s team leader in all manners of fitness. Alongside the Studio Owner and Sales Lead, the Head Coach is responsible for driving all areas of the business with a special focus on growing the culture, community, and process of the fitness side of operations. The direct reports include the Coaches within the F45 Studio.

    · The Head Coach will report to the Studio Owner and affiliated HQ Athletics / Performance Team

    · This is a full-time position that will be salaried for coaching & studio management, as well as opportunities for monthly bonuses

    Core Roles and Responsibilities of Head Trainer/Coach:

    Coach an average of 18-20+ sessions per week at home F45 Studio (minimum)

    Deliver predesigned workouts to a diverse group of individuals (guests and members)

    Assist guests and members in strengthening their motivation throughout the scheduled session. Including progression/regressions as needed and in line with the pre-designed workout of the day

    Provide a personalized client experience through dynamic coaching, voice projection, and professional client interactions.

    Participate in monthly staff meetings and educational presentations, and/or webinars as required

    Assist in trial conversion process: including studio tours, Inbody Scans, Consultations, Membership Pricing Presentations (when necessary)

    Utilize personal networking, and internal and external avenues to generate leads, opportunities, and relationships

    Communicate and Participate (internal/external) Communication Channels, Updates, and Correspondence effectively, and positively

    Lead by example and take at least one session a week as a brand ambassador

    Follow studio and brand policies regarding standard operating procedures, communication, etiquette, and uniform standards

    Utilize new F45 technologies and adapt them to industry developments

    Assist Studio Owners and Team as needed to maximize class utilization and retain current members

    Lead & attend meetings (as required) for one on one meetings, staff development, workshops, and performance evaluations

    Assure the safety of participants by monitoring their heart rate and exercise technique Identify and coach proper human movement patterns- biomechanics, alignment, flexibility, etc.

    Participate in and Lead internal team comms related to Events: Challenges, Playoffs, Specialty/ Signature Workout Programming, Member Socials, and Studio Events (as relevant)

    Present/Speak at Challenge Kickoff Events

    Coach Staff to communicate and boost participation in Challenges, and other events

    Contact Winners of events (e.g. Challenges, Drawings, etc.) in the event they are not present

    Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial guests (within scheduled sessions). Including greeting people by name

    The set-up, breakdown, cleaning, and storage of equipment around the studio floor before and after sessions

    Empower and educate guests and members with a clear understanding of our F45 Methodology and Athletic Programming

    Demonstrate knowledge of equipment used in every workout and how to use it

    Be a hospitality champion who treats guests, staff, and members with the utmost care

    Assist in All Studio Pre-Open Activities, including but not limited to offsite F45 Track events, Sales Table Events, and pre-sales functions

    Ability to onboard and work as trainer at sister Studio during onboarding process in Bothell WA (approx 3 mi from Home Studio)

    Required Training / Certifications:

    Must hold/maintain the following credentials:

    CPR/AED Certification,

    One Nationally Approved Certifying Agency Certification,

    F45 Trainer Certification (either currently held or obtained within 30 days of hire).

    The following National Certifying Agencies that are accepted include ACE, AFAA, ISSA, NFPT, AFPA, ACSM, NASM, NCSF, and NSCA.

    Preferred (Not Required) A college degree in an exercise science-related field

    2+ Years Background in Group Fitness preferred

    Salary: Pay: Salary to commence upon Onboarding Completion- dependent on experience estimated between $50,000 to $70,000+ (inclusive of bonus incentive plan off of Studio P&L performance once Studio Opens) Benefits: PTO, Certification Reimbursement for continuing education, Merch & other Discounts, Free Membership
