F45 Marketing & Events Specialist - Avon | West Hartford
Our F45 family is looking to grow our sales team. If you are an experienced, positive, high energy, outgoing, confident, motivated, organized, charismatic team player this might be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a superstar sales & marketing professional. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios, feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness lover, has strong customer service skills and is an overall self-driven salesperson. The F45 Marketing and Sales Advisor plays a vital role through community outreach, event planning, social media marketing and communications. This person has the ability to nurture and grow our community, as well as retain members through social event planning, challenge parties, outdoor workouts and competitions in and out of our studio. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to foster and retain current members and build a strong positive culture inside of the studio and within the local community.
The ideal candidate is organized and excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to overcome objections, and LOVES LOVES LOVES TO BE SOCIAL !!!

Compensation:
Hourly Flat Rate
Additional 40% of the Regional Sales Managers Monthly Sales Bonus
Additional Monthly Cash Bonus based on your studios goal of trailers in the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
Build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businesses
Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
Work collaboratively with the managers to ensuring smooth and cohesive operations
Strategize on methods to increase daily lead flow
Marketing and event planning and organization
You will be coached through the entire F45 sales process and prepared for promotional opportunities within our organizations.
Drive client referral program
Develop, plan, deliver and manage events held to promote our company, brand and products
Collaborate and build strong relationships with local small business within our community, corporate businesses and partnerships, as well as, national brands/ businesses / members.
Consult with management to strategies to determine how to successfully produce public or private events, such as pop-ups, in and out of studio challenges, outdoor workouts, openings, product launch, celebrations
Planning; monthly and yearly
Create campaigns and using applicable marketing software, socials
Well versed in collaboration and have strong communication skills
Strategize with sales on creative marketing/events to increase daily lead flow
Attend all training and sales meetings
Qualifications:
1-year previous marketing and event planning experience (a plus)
1-year previous fitness sales experience (a plus)
Vendor and project management experience (a plus)
Personal Training Certification (a plus)
Nutritional Knowledge (a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills (required)
Motivated and passionate about health and fitness (required)
Leadership skills
Portfolio of Previous work (a plus)
Experience in creating campaigns and using marketing software
Bachelor's (preferred)
Positive and detail-oriented person (required)
Comfortable learning new software
