Our F45 family is looking to grow team. If you are a positive, approachable, organized, team player this might be the perfect role for you. We are looking for Front Desk Associate who can also input client information into our systems. This is not a sales role, but the individual will need to learn new software and be able to schedule, input members information and process payments. This individual is comfortable making calls, is a fitness lover, has strong communication and will help the studio operate in a neat and tidy way. This individual will help with marketing or table events; help with planning, set up and break down, attending. The front desk associate will report to the F45 Membership Sales + Marketing Manager plays a vital role within the team by nurturing and growing, as well as retaining, our studio member community. You will work closely with your manager, as well as, the Regional Head Trainer & Associate Head Trainer to foster and retain current members and build a strong positive culture inside of the studio and within the local community.
The ideal candidate is organized and excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to overcome objections.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining premium customer service levels
Input client information and process payments
Build strong relationships with F45 members
Conduct tours with our trial members
Manage the studio, ensuring clean, tidy and cohesive operations as per studio standards
Qualifications:
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Requested
Must have outstanding organizational and care for the studios appearance
Must possess the ability to create a clean environment for staff and clients
Ability to work independently and collaborate with coaches; set-up, break-down, storing of equipment, keeping things neat and tidy at all times
Positive team player and have the ability to prioritize daily required tasks
Participate in social media when requested
Must have transpiration in order to make sure the studio is fully stocked at all times and is able to fulfill the studios needs, when not in stock.
Fitness experience (not required, but a plus)
Personal Training Certification (not required, but a plus)
sales experience (not required, but a plus)
customer service skills
Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
Comfortable learning new software

Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member check-in, inquiries, and customer care

Strong interest and passion for fitness - both your own and that of others
