F45 Downtown Raleigh Job Description: HEAD TRAINER

We are looking for an energetic, motivating, experienced and charismatic Head Trainer to lead our F45 Downtown Raleigh coaching team. The F45 Head Trainer plays a vital role by coaching classes, managing a team of personal trainers and delivering the F45 Experience to the community. This position also works closely with the F45 Downtown Raleigh Studio Manager to welcome new members and retain existing members.

Requirements:

Nationally accredited fitness certification

CPR/AED certification

One year of experience in personal / group fitness training

A passion for fitness and helping others

Clear and confident public speaking ability

Preferred: Head Trainer or studio management experience

Sales/Marketing experience

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of an F45 Studio

Train and manage part-time personal trainers, to include scheduling and staff relations

Coach a minimum of 15 classes per week, to include early morning, evening and some weekends

Navigate F45 studio software

Ensure a fun, energetic, organized and clean studio space

Develop strong relationships with members and foster a community atmosphere

Generate leads and work with the Studio Manager to grow the F45 Downtown Raleigh community

Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated, encouraged and challenged

Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
