THE POSITION

Must be a cheerleader at heart but a drill sergeant in execution.

The people we're looking for:

Values the chance to grow and master all aspects of running a fitness studio- sales, customer service, marketing etc.

Is a positive spark, doesn't take things too seriously, but is still professional and values personal connections

Must love people

Must love sweet beats

Must be comfortable giving sweaty high fives and taking post workout selfies

Must be on time, always

Hours start at 20 - 30hrs per week and becomes full time once training is completed. NO SPLIT SHIFTS so you can have a life outside of the gym.

You dislike having fun while also working hard to ensure members get the best experience in first class facility.

If you have made it this far, you are the type of person we are looking for. We are in need a full time trainer that is also interested in the high growth side of sales and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably with experience working, or training, in a gym environment

Must have group training experience (or prove to us that you can be great at it)

Must have experience in sales, or a desire to learn and master sales

Must be available for at least 2 weekend shifts per month

Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking

Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook

Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

NOTE FROM OWNER - We hire based on attitude and work ethic first and foremost (at times it supersedes fitness knowledge)

We want people that have a passion for fitness, and practice it their every day life even if you don"t have the professional experience.

You will learn sales skills, marketing skills, customer service skills, on top of expert coaching training. You will be able to take these skills with you wherever you go.
