About the Role:

Join F45 Training in West Hartford, CT as a Sales Assistant! This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with fitness enthusiasts and help them achieve their goals while being part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming lives through innovative training.

Responsibilities:

Assist potential members in understanding F45 Training programs and services.

Drive membership sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing our state-of-the-art equipment and amenities.

Handle member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Support marketing initiatives to promote events and special offers.

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Utilize CRM software to track leads and follow-up communications.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, social media and Google Docs.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Not Required, but valuable skills:

Experience in Mindbody

Worked in the Wellness or Fitness Industry

Familiar with social media, trends, building reels, scheduling posts, paid ads

Marketing Experience or table events

College Degree
