    HUB Parking Technology is the FAAC Group Business Unit that develops, manufactures, installs, and provides after-sales services for HUB Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems.  We aim to meet every market expectation by offering A WIDE RANGE OF SOLUTIONS from one of our three Parking Systems Brands. 

    We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Service Team in the Los Angeles, CA area.  

    DESCRIPTION:

    This position has a high level of customer interaction and requires strong customer service and communication skills. It includes the installation and ongoing technical support and service of computerized parking access and revenue control systems. This position requires a mechanical aptitude with strong computer, software, and networking knowledge. Experience in the parking or access control industry is a plus.  Vehicle, tools and uniform items will be provided by the company. WHAT WE OFFER:

    REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
    • Able to pass pre-employment background check. 
    • Electronics and/or Technical school training or equivalent.
    • Microsoft Operating Systems and TCP/IP Network systems knowledge.
    • MS Network and MS A+ Certifications preferable.
    • Ability to read and understand installation and wiring instructions and follow safety protocols.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude, such as repairing and adjusting mechanical hardware.
    • Strong electronic and network troubleshooting skills.
    • Possess the ability to team-lift products up to and sometimes exceeding 80lbs. 
    • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and on-call shifts.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
    • Ability to work in an outdoor environment exposed to rain or extreme heat.
