About the HR Generalist position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

Maintaining records
Creating new recruitment processes
Creating and modifying new job descriptions
Creating recruitment documents
Posting jobs on various channels
Screening of backgrounds
Conducting interviews
Selecting the appropriate advertising methods
Informing team about the hiring techniques
Taking part in career exhibitions
Assisting with daily operations
Providing support to Human Resources executives
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Processing documentation and preparing reports
HR Generalist requirements are:
Experience as a Recruiter and/or HR Generalist
Providing compensation plans
Great organizational skills
Aiding in the recruitment processes
Implementing programs to create an efficient workplace
Monitoring compensation performance
Being able to utilize HR metrics
Familiar with MS Office software, especially Excel
Effective communication skills
