    About the HR & Legal Generalist position

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) and Legal Generalist to implement a variety of human resource and legal programs. The HR and the Legal department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

    The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole and to assist the Legal department in its daily activities.

    HR Generalist responsibilities are:

    • Managing recruitment process and updating procedures when necessary

    • Maintaining records

    • Creating new recruitment processes

    • Creating and modifying new job descriptions

    • Creating recruitment documents

    • Posting jobs on various channels

    • Screening of backgrounds

    • Conducting interviews

    • Selecting the appropriate advertising methods

    • Informing team about the hiring techniques

    • Taking part in career exhibitions

    • Assisting with daily operations

    • Providing support to Human Resources executives

    • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)

    • Processing documentation and preparing reports

    Legal Generalist responsibilities are:

    • Reviewing and writing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company
    • Research on a variety of legal issues
    • Working alongside the Legal Manager and other departments within the company
    • Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals
    • Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company
    • Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements
    • Providing training to the company on legal topics

    Requirements are:

    • Experience as a Recruiter and/or HR Generalist

    • Experience with Contracts

    • Must have a law degree

    • Providing compensation plans

    • Great organizational skills

    • Aiding in the recruitment processes

    • Implementing  programs to create an efficient workplace

    • Monitoring compensation performance

    • Being able to utilize HR metrics

    • Familiar with MS Office software, especially Excel

    • Effective communication skills

    • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization's legal department and across all businesses

    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
