Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service skills

Practice utmost professionalism and embrace company standards at all times

Exhibit articulate and positive communication with clients and team members, contributing to healthy employee culture and luxury brand reputation

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals, show understanding of strategic sales tactics, and educate clients to the FaceGym brand

Maintain clean and presentable work stations, practicing proper sanitization methods and genuine care of the many tools and high-end equipment devices

Demonstrate problem solving abilities and resourcefulness while performing workouts, and tactfully handle client concerns as necessary

Demonstrate self-marketing abilities through word-of-mouth advertising, participation in events, social media, and strive to grow both personal and studio business

Implement retail and merchandising practices to achieve sales goals, through effective sharing of technical knowledge and educational information with clients and co-workers

Job Skills and Requirements:

Studio location in Santa Monica, CA

Must be eligible to work in the US, and have a valid California Esthetician License

Must be flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, reasonable combination of evenings and rotating holidays, including minimum four (4) weekend shifts per month

Must be able to effectively deliver all menu services and “workouts” after successful completion of FaceGym bootcamp training

Must be able to stand for minimum 3 hours while performing consecutive workouts, and demonstrate safe practice of body mechanics and self-care techniques throughout

Must be consistently punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to assigned work commitments

Must always demonstrate brand loyalty and represent the FaceGym F.A.M.I.L.Y. values with all work-related activities and stakeholder interaction

Must be willing to support across all locations, when necessary, to further support and drive the business

Coronavirus Responsibilities and Implications:

Must practice in accordance with all post-COVID19 protocols set forth by FaceGym, including any future modifications, as guidelines to federal, state, and local government continue to change

Must agree to wear all PPE (personal protective equipment) required by FaceGym during workout services, and whenever requested by clients

Must demonstrate proper sterile use of aesthetic equipment and all PPE, upon completion of hands-on training and throughout the entire work shift

Must be flexible to comply with any changing COVID protocols that may occur with evolving government guidelines

Must Know Info:

Full-time and part-time availability but all applicants must be available to work weekends

Interviewing will take place March 6th – March 24th, and will include prescreening video interview on Zoom and a hands-on Trade Test to showcase face massage techniques in the "style of FaceGym workouts" as well as skills in customer service/education & product sales

Our new hire Bootcamp training is tentatively scheduled for April 10th- April 24th (each day 9am-5pm) in our West Hollywood location. Full attendance is required, and all eligible candidates MUST be available to attend every day of Bootcamp!

Compensation Package:

Trainers are paid according to the standard Trainer pay structure of “hourly versus commission” wherein the gross earned weekly salary will be equivalent to whichever sum amount is higher – total service commission (which is issued at 30% of the pre-taxed menu price) or the total hourly pay for all clocked hours that fall under the ‘primary duty’ category of client service time (issued at $18.35 per hour)

Event Pay: $40/hr

House Visits: $60/hr

10% retail commission on FaceGym products and 5% commission on third party products sold
