Job Description: As an Accounting Specialist at Fail Safe Accounting LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Your expertise with QuickBooks Desktop and attention to detail will be highly valued in this role. This is a full-time position with varying hours depending on the season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle various accounting tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

Working Hours:

• Off Tax Season (April 30 through January 2): Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Tax Season (January 3 through April 30): Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 7:00 pm, and Saturdays 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
