Back Server
Our guests are always at home at Fairmont Chicago. Join the Lobby Bar team as Back Server Attendant and share the neighborhood charm and sophisticated gastropub experience of the restaurant.

What you will be doing:

• Engaging with guests, to ensure a memorable experience
• Assist servers, bartenders with table bussing and closing service
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of 20lbs or greater
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
