    Job Description

    Revenue Manager

    You are a highly motivated team player with strong Revenue Management skill set. You will provide strategic leadership and management of all revenue/rental programs for the property with understanding of HOA governance on Owner Relation Programs, the Accor Ownership Benefits Programs, and Rental Programs. You are a highly motivated team player with strong skillsets in finance, revenue management, communication, business presentation, analysis, and fluent knowledge of HOA governing documents and City Rental Ordinances.

    • The Revenue Manager is responsible for achieving optimal revenue generation and returns for ACCOR and our owners while adhering to applicable governance and required compliance.
    • Partner and collaborate with key members of the GRC / VIP Customer Care Team - Americas, to provide strategic leadership and functional guidance for HGS property rates, programs, and related Owner Revenue Fee streams.
    • Provide accurate and complete revenue management reports on a timely basis to property management, Accor Residential and HOA in accordance with the company (ACCOR) and ownership (HOA) reporting requirements and policy
    • Review financial performance of rental and minor operating department, analysis of variances, forecasts, and budgets and create strategies to continually improve effectiveness of the business or revenue management within the boundaries of governing company (ACCOR) and ownership (HOA) documents
    • Manage all Owner Rental Programs of the HOA in compliance with governing documents and management agreements in collaboration with Owner Services Department.
    • Manage the inventory in collaboration with Owner Services on Reciprocal Use Programs of the HOA in compliance with governing documents and management agreements while collaborating with Accor Residential Owner Services
    • Attend monthly Credit Meetings and functional responsibility of credit policy, collections, and deposits.
    • Update databases (RMS,PMS, market share) as needed
    • Develop and execute pricing strategies and rate parameters for all revenue streams
    • Prepare and lead Weekly Rev/Max meetings
    • Actively monitor and engage with IDeaS G3 RMS
    • Analyze competitive set pricing and yield strategies
    • Partner with Front Office on upsell initiatives.
    • Manage all OTA, Airbnb, and IATA Commissionable programs for the property.
    • Monitor booking pace for all market segments and deploying strategies to maximize revenues.
    • Manage and oversee all LSOP’s related to Rental Program, Long Stay / Extended Stay Guest Contracts.
    • Oversee Rental Reservation Inbox responding to individual and group booking inquiries
    • Manage all relevant rate codes for property and ensure rates are in parity
    • Creation of annual Special Events Calendar to ensure restrictions and rates are set during peak demand periods.
    • Manage all Owner Revenue Streams for the property and create accurate reporting to the company (ACCOR), Accor Residential, and Owners participating in ACCOR Rental Program.
    • Collaborate with sales & marketing community to maximize unit and/or fractional sales and owner values
    • Adhere to GDPR, PCI Compliance, and all local/state regulations.
    • In addition to the preparation of all revenue/ rental program performance and statistical reports, and any other special report that may be required by corporate office or the General Manager, the Director of Revenue & Owner Relations is responsible for interpreting said reports and then communicating the results with the General Manager and relevant department heads.

    Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:

    • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Good knowledge of Opera, IDeaS Revenue Management Software and GD’s an asset.
    • Minimum two years of Revenue Management related experience.
    • Previous Front Office Management experience an asset.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading & developing people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to address all levels within the organization and ownership community and ability to gain consensus and influence others.
    • Fluent in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications
    • Highly responsible & reliable with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
    • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
    • Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail

    Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

    • Frequent standing and walking through shift
    • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
    • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
    • Frequent sitting throughout shift

    Visa Requirements:

    • You must provide proof that you are legally entitled to work in the United States. Employment is conditional upon your ability to provide acceptable documentation establishing that you are legally entitled to work in the United States within three days of your date of hire.

    Pay range $ 96,000 - $ 130,000

    Bonus available based upon achievement of key metrics
