Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Highly proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Prior experience with HotSOS and a property management system preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Valid TN State Driver’s License.
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
