Job Description

As the City Ambassador House Car Driver, you will ensure timely and seamless service, handling guests’ requests and anticipating our guests’ needs.  You will make informed suggestions to ensure our guests have a truly memorable stay.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Maintaining complete knowledge of all hotel features, services, attractions, amenities, locations, and hours of operations; all hotel and competitor restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code, and ambiance; all hotel room types, numbers/names, amenities, local events, attractions, holiday schedules
• Provide transportation to hotel guests to their desired destination in the hotel House Car while providing engaging and helpful information regarding the House Car, the destination, and the surrounding LA neighborhoods
• You maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle including but not limited to adding gas, vacuuming and wiping down the interior, throwing out trash left in the vehicle

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Previous customer related experience, preferably within a luxury setting.
• Highly responsible, reliable, self-motivated, energetic, and possesses strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to follow instructions, work well independently as well as with others, and be able to address stressful situations with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness
• Fluent spoken and written English; second language an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Valid CA Drivers License
