Area Talent Acquisition Manager
In partnership with the Directors of Talent & Culture within the region, you will manage the full sourcing and recruitment process for the region with the objective of identifying candidates who have high potential and are aligned with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the marketplace by supporting and championing the recruitment process and branding strategy to effectively attract qualified candidates by building awareness and promoting localized recruiting efforts through social media channels and other means;
- Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates while creating influential candidate relationships;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to effectively minimize the time required to fill open positions;
- Research and recommend new and innovative sources to recruit active and passive candidates, as well as understand and research the competitive landscape to source for top talent;
- Diversity Recruiting: Develop and execute talent sourcing and selection plans that include a focus on diverse hiring for all positions, with the goal of attracting top-caliber talent for the organization
- Foster strong relationships and partnerships with leaders across the organization, keeping them apprised of progress toward filling open positions in their respective areas
- Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on a regular basis; provide regular feedback on the performance of the recruitment process;
- Provide administrative support related to the role, including posting and updating requisitions, scheduling interviews, running reports, providing statistical figures to Talent & Culture leadership, etc.;
- Special staffing projects for hard to fill roles and/or peak season staffing as needed
- Identify current and future hiring needs, challenges, and action plans
- Identify strategies for engaging and closing the best candidates
- Develop and implement standardized recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Creatively attract and engage talent, both passive and active
- Execute on a high touch recruiting strategy making sure no candidates fall through the cracks
- Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system
