We're on the lookout for a Christmas Enchantment Extraordinaire to join our team as the Christmas Concierge at the Princess!
The Christmas at the Princess Event Concierge and Admin will be responsible for becoming the Christmas at the Princess event expert as they handle daily communications such as emails, phone calls, voicemails and any communication related to the event. This role will involve monitoring the event's phone line, responding to voicemails and emails, addressing event guest issues, and providing general information and direction to enhance the guest experience.
