Job Description

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and serene atmosphere that are hallmarks of our spa and fitness experience. • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Maintain cleanliness of spa gym, yoga studio, atrium, aerobics rooms, and Fairmont Fitness Center.
• Direct members & guests to appointments; assist them with fitness equipment
• Assist Groups Business Manager with group fitness bookings and events
• Book spa guests and members for fitness classes, personal training sessions, and other services.
• Assist Lead Fitness Specialist with fitness class scheduling
• Assist Female Locker room attendants to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times and report any equipment deficiencies
• Maintain all areas if the spa are in a tidy manner and ensure all amenities are stocked
• Assist Spa Operations Supervisor with inventory disbursement
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines. ****
