Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports, a competitive mentality, and a background in sales and marketing. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives
• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and expand the client base

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the sports industry
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a competitive mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required
