    Who are we looking for? The Buyer’s Agent draws energy from working with people. They enjoy interacting with leads, clients, and fellow team members, as well as communicating effectively via text/email. They are talented at quickly building a rapport with leads and clients through strong verbal and written communication skills. This enthusiastic, self-starting, results-driven individual with a passion for understanding the needs of others is responsible for cultivating a large sales pipeline and efficiently converting appointments into pending contracts and closings through personalized follow-up, relationship building, attention to detail, negotiating techniques, and hands-on service. This person loves to maximize their daily productivity to continually grow their business. This individual will take ownership of leads and clients while actively using team systems and tools for maximum effectiveness. They record their production, conversion, pipeline, and sales metrics and discuss the results in weekly business meetings. This person demonstrates the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of inbound leads and appointments, and the subsequent documentation and follow-up of those appointments to convert them into an active pipeline. Additionally, they are driven to exceed productivity, under contract, conversion, and revenue targets in order to achieve both personal and team goals. What will you do? • Represent the team with integrity, gratitude, respect, and humility, in alignment with our core values • Provide private tours of homes, hold open houses, and hold buyer consultations with professionalism, warmth, expertise, efficiency, and gratitude • Build and strengthen relationships to convert appointments into buyer representation agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase agreements and closings • Nurture leads, past clients, and sphere of influence to obtain repeat business and referrals • Obtain only 5-star reviews from clients (Google, Facebook, Zillow) • Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities • Achieve productivity, appointment conversion, sales volume, and transaction goals • Consult with team leader and ISA to ensure fiduciary service of the client from initial inquiry through the listing or buyer representation agreement and beyond Responsibilities: • Manage leads, past clients, referrals, and sphere of influence to convert appointments to signed contracts at a high level • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections • Manage and grow personal database using CRM, organizing by groups and tags, following protocol for consistent digital, phone, and by-mail outreach • Manage sales pipeline using the team’s CRM and other tools to ensure outreach and follow-up are targeted, efficient, and consistent • Always act in the best interest of the client, skillfully negotiating each contract in order to achieve the best result possible for them • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics • Internalize and conversationalize evolving real estate trends in the local market identified by the team leader • Obtain and maintain Indiana Real Estate license and MIBOR membership, and stay current on all associated dues/fees, as well as any continuing education requirements • Keep a clean and well-maintained vehicle, active driver’s license, and automobile liability insurance • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services Knowledge/Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional listening skills • High level of professionalism and integrity when interacting with leads, clients, sphere of influence, or other members of the team and brokerage • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills. High level of responsiveness and urgency • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues • Strong organizational and time management skills • Results-oriented and goal-driven, with a proven ability to succeed • Confident, humble, grateful, and learning and growth-oriented • Team player who also thrives working independently • Demonstrable record of sales success against quotas is preferred Responsibilities: • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • An established track record of successful real estate sales • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $119,500 at plan earnings
