RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Call Center:

• Answer incoming calls
• Assist patients by scheduling appointments, answering questions etc.
• Transfer calls to appropriate department for additional assistance.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma (required)
• eClinicalWorks experience (preferred)
• Previous medical experience (required)

· This position is responsible for handling a high volume of calls in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

· Accurately obtain and enter all essential information needed to complete registration and schedule appointments while following standard business practices.

· Provide excellent customer service.
