Our relationship with one another and with every client defines what we do. Position Summary: Full-time position of Pharmacist as a member of our FarmaKeio team. Compensation DOE Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Must currently hold pharmacist licenses in several additional states • Maintain professional competence for all duties performed • Comply with all applicable federal and state pharmacy laws • Receive and reduce writing verbal prescription orders • Perform duties in compliance with SOPs and best practices • Interpret, and clarify with prescribing practitioner as necessary, prescription orders • Input patient and prescription information and/or supervise such work as performed by others • Create, print and/or check documents such as prescriptions, master formulation records, compounding records, labels, and shipping documents • Offer information and advice as appropriate to prescribers, other healthcare professionals and other employees • Create and/or check for accuracy and safety prescription, compounding, and shipment paperwork • Perform in-process and final checks of compounded products • Ensure the quality and safety of dispensed compounded products and supplies • Directly supervise technicians and other employees involved in day-to-day pharmacy operations and compounding activities • Counsel and advise patients and caregivers concerning dispensed prescriptions • Interact politely and effectively with patients, practitioners, and others • Perform as needed all duties of pharmacy technicians • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Assure prompt and positive action on all questions, concerns, and suggestions • Manage, train, and provide feedback to new and existing staff members • Manage updates, edits, reviews, and additions to procedure documentation • Provide suggestions to improve customer service, company systems, or processes • Learn and be a demonstration of our Core Values and utilize our Operational Guidelines in everyday communication and decision-making Core Values: • CARE - We provide a welcoming and nurturing environment for our staff and clients • RESPECT - We are unwavering in our commitment to speak with honor and listen without judgment • GROWTH - We are dedicated to fostering beneficial change for ourselves and those we serve • PARTNERSHIP – We are committed to creating a healthy collaboration with each other and the clients Operational Guidelines: • Speak with honor and listen without judgment • Be willing to give up the need to be right • Eliminate complaining, blaming and gossiping (no “victim” mentality) • Be open to new perspectives • Be coachable and welcome feedback • Use clear intentions regularly (commit/promise/dedicated to vs. "will try”) • Follow through with what you say you're going to do with a spirit of contribution (honor, joy, compassion; “What spirit can I bring?”) Qualifications: Qualifications • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the state of Arkansas • Must have firsthand experience with accurately and efficiently preparing non-sterile and sterile compounding i.e. creams/capsules/lozenges/injections. Note: supportive documentation of prior experience if applicable will be required • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily and be adept at multi-tasking. They must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills. An exceptional customer service orientation is a must! They must be able to think creatively about problem-solving and look for opportunities to move tasks and projects forward in the face of potential roadblocks, keeping the company’s highest level of service in mind while maintaining fiscal responsibility • Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to be a team member who fits into the culture of the company and works well with other team members at all levels - peer, supervisory, and subordinate.
