Oh and what's your favorite activity outside of real estate? :-) Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Learn what you should and should not be spending your time • Increase sales while serving more clients at a high level • Learn and execute how to find off-market homes for buyers, making them Raving Fans • Schedule and Show homes to clients • Host open houses for our listings • Attend home inspections, contractor appointments, and other property walkthroughs • Market research and comps analysis • Drafting offers and addendum • Consult, educate, and inform clients on their options throughout the buying/listing process while providing risks/rewards to the options/decisions • Manage lead database, tracking client follow-up, and pipeline • Increase online reviews for increased online exposure and sales Qualifications: • Great communication and social skills • Self-motivation and drive • Show good organizational and time management skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Real estate license Required , or must be actively in the process of getting licensed • Real estate transaction knowledge • Experience in supporting roles and Client-Service-focused • Coachable and eager to learn from a Top Producing Team • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills • Can Do attitude and proactive • Positive with a mindset of abundance • Loves to help others • Desire to grow, results-driven Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000+ at plan yearly
