Asset Recovery Specialist Qualifications:
Satisfactory preliminary criminal history background check. The ability to perform this job as well as all assigned duties successfully. Previous experience in third party collections and/or related industry preferred but not required. Acquire working knowledge of the FDCPA and State Collection Laws, while understanding the recovery management cycle in relation to asset recovery and subrogation.
Update customer information such as phone numbers, e-mails, addresses, contact notes, etc.
Education and/or Experience:
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically are acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
