As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create computer-generated full-color graphics and output vinyl that can be weeded, cut, and applied, or printed and mounted to various products from cars to substrates to buildings. Qualifications for Graphic Designer:
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
At least one year of graphic design in a production environment
Very strong verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong Creative Cloud application skills and experience
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Proven experience achieving goals and business objectives
Previous sign or print industry experience preferred
Skills with technical, engineering, or architectural drawings preferred
Skills with photo touch up, straighten and scaling preferred but not required
Skills with roll to roll and flatbed printers preferred but not required
Skills with Pantone, CMYK color space, ICC profiles and color management preferred but not required
Production sign skills, i.e., weeding, masking, vinyl application, vehicle graphics application preferred but not required
Responsibilities for Graphic Designer:

You will work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product. Works with co-workers and customers on designs, proofs, and upload proofs to sales system
Maintain design template library with common artwork and logos
Prepares comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction according to instructions of client or supervisor
Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer
Performs customer logo maintenance and sourcing
Works on different projects simultaneously
Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
This is a M-F job with no weekend hours.
