    We are looking for a Graphic Designer who possesses the maturity, passion, and energy to collaborate with others on the team.     As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create computer-generated full-color graphics and output vinyl that can be weeded, cut, and applied, or printed and mounted to various products from cars to substrates to buildings. Your job will involve various levels of artistic creativity and you may interact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product.

    Qualifications for Graphic Designer:

    High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred

    At least one year of graphic design in a production environment

    Very strong verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent time management skills

    Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

    Strong skills with digital content and motion graphics preferred

    Strong Creative Cloud application skills and experience

    Prompt, reliable, and responsible

    Proven experience achieving goals and business objectives

    Previous sign or print industry experience preferred

    Strong skills with technical, engineering, or architectural drawings preferred

    Strong skills with photo touch up, straighten and scaling preferred

    Strong skills with roll to roll and flatbed printers preferred

    Strong skills with Pantone, CMYK color space, ICC profiles and color management preferred

    Production sign skills, i.e., weeding, masking, vinyl application, vehicle graphics application preferred

    Graphics or production management skills preferred

    Responsibilities for Graphic Designer:

    As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create computer generated vinyl and/or full color graphics output that can be weeded, cut, and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate. You will work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best.

    Works with co-workers and customers on designs, proofs, and upload proofs to sales system

    Maintain design template library with common artwork and logos

    Prepares comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction according to instructions of client or supervisor

    Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer

    Performs customer logo maintenance and sourcing

    Works on different projects simultaneously

    Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments

    Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

    This is a M-F job with very limited weekend hours.
