As a FASTSIGNS Austin and Cedar Park employee, you would join our team of experts and brand ambassadors. If you enjoy assisting others and making a difference, this position could be the one for you!As an AE Level One employee you will be taught the sign/graphics industry and consultative sales for a minimum of one year. As an AE level one, you will be responsible for sales development for house sales while cultivating long term relationships with clients.After a successful year of AE one sales you may be eligible to progress to level two providing the opportunity for commissions based on the relationships and sales you foster.

Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships. Great listening skills, documentation and organization are highly valued in candidates for this position. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
