    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Intern to join our multi-center Fastsigns operation. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing and sales team by creating and distributing marketing materials, assisting in maintaining our CRM system (Hubspot), and ensuring smooth follow-up processes. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of marketing and sales, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and email campaigns.

    Assist in the distribution of marketing materials through various channels, such as direct mail, email marketing, and social media platforms.

    Support the marketing team in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

    Help maintain and update the CRM system (Hubspot) by entering and organizing customer data, tracking leads, and generating reports.

    Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, competitors, and industry trends.

    Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

    Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative ideas and improvements.

    Qualifications:

    Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Proficient in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot experience is a plus).

    Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative marketing ideas.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

    Business Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm. We offer flexible scheduling during our working hours.
