Qualifications -

High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred

At least one year of graphic design in a production environment

Very strong verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management skills

Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong digital content skills

Prompt, reliable, and responsible

Previous sign or print industry experience preferred

Photo touch up, straightening/scaling experience preferred

Experience with roll to roll printers preferred

Strong skills with Pantone, CMYK color space, ICC profiles and color management preferred

Production sign skills, i.e., weeding, masking, vinyl application, vehicle graphics application preferred

Graphics or production management skills preferred

Responsibilities -

Work with co-workers and customers on designs, proofs, and upload proofs to sales system

Maintain design template library with common artwork and logos

Prepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction

Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer

Perform customer logo maintenance and sourcing

Work on different projects simultaneously

Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments

Compensation and Benefits -

Compensation - $15/hour or more, based on experience
